STEEEP Global Institute to Partner with Population Health Advisors

The STEEEP Global Institute (SGI) is partnering with Population Health Advisors (PHA) to improve the delivery of health care. SGI and PHA are both affiliated with Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest not-for-profit health care system in the state of Texas.

PHA is the consulting arm of the Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance- a physician-led, patient-centered comprehensive accountable care network with more than 4,600 primary and specialty care physicians, 46 hospitals, post-acute care facilities, and other stakeholders throughout the care continuum, assuming joint responsibility for accessible and efficient care delivery.
